Cyberspot is a Romanian-based cybersecurity reseller providing managed Security Operations Center (SOC) services to organisations across the European Union. For the purposes of the GDPR, the Company is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What personal data we collect
We collect personal data only in two limited ways:
a) Information you provide via our contact form
When you request a free vulnerability assessment or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, company name, work email, country, company size, and any message you write.
b) Technical data collected automatically
When you visit the site, limited technical data is processed, including your IP address (used to detect your country for language display) and standard information your browser sends when requesting our pages, fonts and icons.
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or profiling of any kind.
3. Why we process your data and our legal basis
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry and providing the requested assessment — using your contact form details, on the basis of our legitimate interest and steps taken prior to entering a contract.
- Displaying the site in your language — using your IP address for a country lookup, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- Delivering fonts and icons — using your IP address via a CDN request, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- Remembering your language preference — using strictly necessary local storage.
4. Third-party processors and recipients
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site:
- Formspree — receives and forwards your contact form submissions to us by email.
- ipapi.co — receives your IP address to return an approximate country for language selection.
- Google Fonts and Cloudflare (Font Awesome) — receive your IP address as part of serving fonts and icons.
- GitHub Pages — hosts the website and processes standard server request data.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. International transfers
Some providers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where this occurs, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by those providers.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep contact form submissions only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted. Technical data such as IP addresses is not stored by us persistently; it is processed transiently to deliver the requested feature.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may exercise these rights at any time by emailing info@cyberspot.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Romania, this is the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP).
